The team at Zoe White Care make life easier by providing tailored clinical, social and psychological support to participants and their families across the Sunshine Coast, linking them with the services they need to live their best possible life.
Zoe White Care uses a person-centred care approach, ensuring their clients and the families they work with feel respected, valued and supported. At the heart of everything they do is the individual.
Founder Libby Woods is a registered nurse with extensive personal and professional experience within the disability care sector.

Libby Woods, Founder
With a General Certificate of Nursing and a Bachelor of Nursing Science, Libby is a registered nurse with extensive experience in hospital nursing, medical sales, clinical education and aged care. She has worked in the business development and medical industry for a large part of her career, passionate about helping people feel their best. More recently, she has worked in the community as a Care Manager and has been working within the disability sector.
For Libby, Zoe White Care is about connection. Human connection and connection to the soul are the ideas that sparked Zoe White Care. Helping people to uncover their desires and talents and assisting them to live their best possible life is what Zoe White Care is all about. She is passionate about helping individuals, families and communities to live their best possible lives, by providing them with the tools and support they need.
Outside of her work, Libby enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and connecting with nature through bush walks and ocean swims.


Thea Nolte, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher
Thea Nolte is an experienced and dedicated early childhood teacher, with a genuine passion for teaching children practical tools to promote their developing sense of social and emotional wellbeing.
Thea has experience in inclusive education programs in both ECDP programs and mainstream schools. This includes writing and facilitating personalised learning plans for children with additional needs (including Autism) as well as liaising a with families to create a bridge of support for each child.
Thea is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher (200hrs) and is currently completing a meditation and mindfulness teacher training course. Thea believes that a connection to meditation, mindfulness, and breath supports the integration of the body, mind, and spirit.
Alana Swan, Occupational Therapist
With a bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Alana has a strong appreciation for health and its integral role within the community.
Initially immersed in the mental health sector, Alana has experience in supporting children, adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, complex mental health conditions, developmental disorders and physical disabilities. Alana is passionate about supporting individuals to participate in activities that are meaningful to them, which is why she was drawn to become part of the team at Zoe White Care. Most of all, she loves seeing people grow and succeed in life, and is grateful to be a part of their journey.


Connor Maltman, Support Worker
Connor has had experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities and complex mental health disorders in a residential care setting. His support approach is therapeutic and client-focused.
He is due to complete his Certificate in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention in late 2023. Part of the reason he was drawn to working for Zoe White Care is the person-centred approach services are built on. Connor enjoys building rapport with participants, and understanding their wants, needs and goals in life, so he can best support them.
Outside of working hours, he enjoys driving, spending time with friends and staying active.
Ann Jojo, Support Worker
Ann Jojo is currently immersed in her second year of a Bachelor of Nursing Science. She has three years of dedicated experience as a disability carer, honing in on her compassionate support skills.
Her journey has deepened her understanding of diverse healthcare needs and fuelled her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and enhancing the quality of life for those facing challenges.
Beyond her academic pursuits, she is actively involved in volunteering in the Kerala Community, embracing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. In her leisure time, she enjoys listening to music and playing games.
