WHO WE ARE
Understanding your needs and providing tailored support services
Zoe White Care is an NDIS support provider located on the Sunshine Coast, assisting participants and their families to live their best possible lives, by providing and connecting them with our team of local, high-quality care and support professionals.
Offering a variety of services, Zoe White Care can assist plan and self-managed participants by offering holistic disability and care support.
We understand that every participant has differing levels of needs, which is why we take the time to understand their wants and desires and can offer varying levels of support, from in-home and therapeutic support, mental health and psychosocial support, community nursing care, shared living arrangements and employment assistance.
We support a range of participants, from childhood through to adulthood. We offer ongoing support to our current participants, even when they reach 65. We do not take on new participants over the age of 65+, however we can assist in connecting you with the right care provider.
