Zoe White Care is dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, adults and their families to live their best possible life, offering support and services that make life easier. We take the time to listen and understand participants’ hopes, wants, and needs, going the extra mile and connecting them with the things that bring them joy.
We build strong relationships with participants based on respect, dignity and trust. Our participants are at the heart of everything we do, with their wants, needs and desires at the forefront of the services we provide.

NDIS & Disability Service FAQs
You can visit the NDIS page and complete an Access Request Form or make a verbal application by calling 1800 800 110.
We can also help you with applying for the NDIS.
We can assist people of all ages if they are an NDIS participant or on a self-managed plan.
We do not accept new applicants over the age of 65, however if you are a current participant turning 65, we can still assist.
